PIRIOU DELIVERS 3 NEW LONGLINERS TO NAVIMON
| PIRIOU has just delivered in Noumea (New Caledonia) three new 21m longliners corresponding to the second part of the initial order of October 2017. NAVIMON is a subsidiary of SEM SODIL and the first ship owner in New Caledonia. It ordered from PIRIOU a series of eight 20.7m longliners dedicated to longline tuna fishing in the New Caledonia Exclusive Economic Zone. The first two vessels of the series delivered in November 2018 have been operated for one year and perfectly answer the requirements of the ship owner. These three new generation units are designed to improve comfort for the crew, make the maintenance operations easier, improve operating costs and answer both safety issues and new environmental standards |
